Mackenzie Douthit is officially a mom of five!
The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star, 30, and fiancé Khesanio Hall have welcomed twin daughters, a rep for the couple confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.
Daughters Ja’Kharie Angie and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall were born on Monday, June 2. Ja’Kharie was born at 7:08 p.m. ET, weighing 5 lbs., while Ja’Meikah came at 7:11 p.m. ET, weighing 5 lbs., 2 oz.
“I can’t even put into words how magical this moment is for us!” the reality star mom tells PEOPLE.
“I am so thankful to have just given birth to two beautiful and strong girls, and I can’t wait to see them grow into the queens that God desires them to be.”

Khesanio adds, “Mackenzie has done so well with our beautiful girls and I’m super proud of her! Ja’Kharie and Ja’Meikah came out so smoothly and all three of them are doing well, thank God! This is easily the happiest day of my life!”
The new arrivals join older siblings Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13. Mackenzie previously teased in an Instagram Q&A that the babies would have “J” names, in keeping with a tradition in Khesanio’s family.
“The babies will have three-syllable ‘J’ names,” she shared in April.
“Khesanio and I both have three-syllable names. So I wanted three syllables. And all of his mother’s grandbabies have names that start with a J!” she explained
Fans have watched as Mackenzie has navigated a complex pregnancy, from the couple’s IVF journey to managing her health, including a recent preeclampsia diagnosis. Speaking with PEOPLE in May, the couple talked about their excitement to welcome the two newest members of their family of five.
“I think just having two partners excited about the babies makes a world of difference,” Mackenzie shared at the time. “These are the only babies I’ve planned. The whole time, instead of stressing about what I’m going to do, we’re talking about how excited we are for these babies to come.”
