Travis Kelce isn’t afraid to show off his body.
On May 20, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was spotted leaving a workout with Detroit Lions tight end Ross Travis and his longtime friend and personal chef Kumar Ferguson in Florida. Kelce, 35, decided to ditch his shirt after getting sweaty.
Before the session, Travis was spotted by paparazzi wearing an all-black outfit consisting of a black T-shirt, black shorts and a black cap to protect his eyes and head from the sun.
After the session, Travis ditched his shirt altogether, which put his chest and back hair entirely on display. The NFL star also removed his hat.

Travis showing off his chest and back hair comes as no surprise — he and brother Jason Kelce have talked about the Chiefs star’s body hair on their New Heights podcast more than once. On the May 21 episode, where Travis was wearing “two shirts,” he talked about wanting to play more international football games and said he doesn’t love the heat in the U.S. because he’s a “furry son of a bitch.”
“Me and heat just don’t do well together,” he quipped.
In another episode of the podcast — way back in 2022 — Jason shared with fans where Travis got his nickname “Big Yeti,” nodding to Travis’ body hair.
“You guys haven’t seen the Yeti come out of here,” Travis responded — referring to the fans watching the podcast — while tugging his shirt collar down to reveal a hint of his chest hair. “You don’t want to see the Yeti come out.”
“When Trav was at Cincinnati, he would play basketball in the playground quite a bit,” Jason explained. “And anyone who has ever played pickup basketball, you know there’s shirts and skins.”
“Shirts and skins, dog, that’s the only way to separate the teams,” Travis added. “I had the big beard, I had the long hair. I had the chest hair, back hair, arm hair, leg hair. It’s just a big ole Yeti out there, man. All the homies on the court were calling me ‘Big Yeti.’ “
Travis takes the nickname in stride — the New Heights podcast has two “Big Yeti” shirts for sale for $38 in its official merch store.
The first shirt features a hairy blue yeti in a football uniform, preparing to shoot a ball into a “New Heights” hoop that’s attached to a football goalpost, while the second features Travis’s nickname in bold yellow font across a T-shirt.
Fans online are also taking Travis’ body hair in stride. When Deux Moi originally posted the workout photos on Instagram on May 20, the comments were swift and opinionated. One person passionately wrote, “I genuinely LOVE a man with body hair. It’s HOT AF,” with another championing the photos, saying, “Hair is natural my dudes.”
