Now 27 years old, he shared during a panel with his mother, Kelly Osbourne, and host Jeff Beacher, “It was a big process.” Jeff Beacher, who was celebrating a 250-pound weight loss, hosted the event.

Explaining how he began his weight loss journey, Christopher said, “I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia. I was on this big trip. I made it a big [deal] like, ‘Oh, I’m going to go out and do all this stuff, be in Australia,’ and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities.”

He recounted struggles, including when he wanted to skydive and friends would respond, “‘Yeah, no shot,'” to which he’d reply, “‘Yeah, I can’t skydive.'” His insecurities began in high school when he would bring custom-made lunches to eat more healthily.

Christopher wasn’t alone in his transformation. Osbourne credited Beacher with helping her stay motivated throughout her health journey. While introducing him, she said, “To be here on stage with somebody that helped me change my life and my weight loss journey was not easy, and it came in stages.”
