Kanye West Reveals Latest Status of His Relationship With Bianca Censori in New Song — Details
The 47-year-old rapper and producer drops a new track hinting at the tension in his relationship with Bianca Censori, leaving listeners dissecting cryptic lyrics.
Kanye West offers a raw look at his marriage to Bianca Censori in a new track titled “BIANCA,” featured on his latest album “WW3.” Uploaded to Genius on April 3, 2025, the song has drawn attention for its emotionally charged lyrics, which depict conflict, mental strain, and personal turmoil — prompting concern about the couple’s dynamic.
The track opens with, “My baby, she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed,” suggesting a serious rupture. West follows with, “Not going to the hospital ’cause I am not sick, I just do not get it,” rejecting any notion of psychiatric intervention.

In another line, he adds, “She’s having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted [sic],” implying that his online behavior may have triggered distress.
He continues, “Until Bianca’s back, I stay up all night, I’m not going to sleep / I really don’t know where she’s at,” expressing anxiety over her absence. The following lines — “I’m tracking my [expletive] through an app / I’m tracking my [expletive] through the city” — have drawn criticism for suggesting invasive behavior.
He adds, “I guess we the [sic] new Cassie and Diddy,” a comparison that has sparked backlash due to its controversial implications.
Later in the song, West raps, “I’m making this song for Bianca / I’m feeling the spirit of Donda,” referencing his late mother as an emotional anchor. He then alleges interference from Bianca’s family, “Her family, they want me locked up / They want me to go on retreat.”
The track ends with, “She hop [sic] in the car and she ran / My [expletive] just don’t understand / Sometimes it just feel [sic] like it’s planned,” conveying a mix of abandonment and suspicion.
Social media users quickly reacted to the lyrics. “she came to her senses,” a netizen said. “Run girl! Don’t look back!” another listener wrote. “Bianca, DON’T GO BACK!! GET HELP to go on living with people who love & respect you and will treat you well! He does not love or respect you!” a commenter added.
The release of “BIANCA” came shortly after renewed criticism of Kanye’s social media activity. On March 19, he posted remarks on X referencing Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and their children, using offensive language. The posts were later deleted.
Kanye stated he removed them to avoid account suspension, not because he regretted the comments.
