The beloved gaming YouTuber and entrepreneur, known for his viral content and business ventures, has tragically passed away, leaving the online community in shock.

Philip Enewally, known online as P2istheName, has passed away at the age of 26. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office, Enewally was found dead on March 14, 2025, in a mailroom. His case remains open, and the cause of death has been deferred pending further investigation.

According to TMZ, Enewally’s death was confirmed by a family member on Sunday, March 16. The relative stated that he passed away on Friday night and requested privacy for the family as they grieve. She also encouraged fans to visit his YouTube channel in remembrance.

Enewally gained popularity through his gaming content, initially focusing on NBA 2K and Fortnite before expanding to other video game playthroughs.

His engaging “Let’s Play” videos attracted a loyal audience, making him a well-known figure in the online gaming community.

Following the devastating news, tributes have poured in from fans and fellow content creators. YouTuber COLETHEMAN took to X on March 15 to honor his late friend.

“My good friend @P2istheName has passed away… wow. I’m honestly at a loss for words. He was always so kind to me and gave me so much content creation advice. May he rest in peace. This breaks my heart,” he wrote.

Enewally’s impact on the gaming community was undeniable. He initially gained popularity for his NBA 2K and Fortnite videos, later expanding into other gaming genres. Over time, his engaging personality and content drew in 3.87 million subscribers on YouTube.

He proudly showcased the brand’s growth on social media, including in his final Instagram post on February 20, 2025. Alongside an image of packaged merchandise, he wrote, “God did his thing Again… Just Another Soldier tryna figure this life thing out @dontmindus4l thank you.”

Shortly before his passing, Enewally had shared major life plans with his audience. In one of his last YouTube videos titled “Why this is My Last Month Living in Los Angeles.. 💔,” uploaded on February 22, 2025, he revealed his intention to leave L.A. for Atlanta.

He expressed excitement about the change, stating that he had spent his entire life in Los Angeles and felt it was time to step outside his comfort zone.

He also shared that he had three weeks to make the move to Atlanta, a decision he believed would open new opportunities.

“I was born & raised in L.A., so to say goodbye hurts, but I have a good feeling something great is on the way,” he wrote in the video’s description.

Addressing his subscribers, he explained that he felt the need to meet new people and seek out a more like-minded community, particularly as an entrepreneur. He also pointed out L.A.’s high cost of living, saying he wanted to experience life elsewhere.
